Custom Design Policy
Custom Color Request:
If you see something on the site you would like in a different Swarovski color please contact us.
If it is a color that we stock there is no additional charge for the custom work.
Swarovski makes over 300 colors and we stock most of the common colors, but we can not stock every color and not all stones are available in all colors. Please Note: If we do not stock the color you are requesting there is a 20% non-refundable deposit for the piece you are requesting.
We will send a picture of your piece in the new color, via email, before it is finalized for your approval. Once approved you will need to pay for the piece in advance for it to be completed and shipped. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the piece.
Custom Designs
If you have something in mind, but do not see it on our site please contact us and we can work with you to create the piece that you want. There is a 20% surcharge to pay for the time spent to design a unique piece for you.
Return Policy for Custom work
Custom work is not returnable. Please be sure that you like the final picture before approving for completion.
