Shipping: This is based on the cost of your order. We will ship your purchase within 2 or 3 days, if you need it faster, contact us for same day or next day shipping. All items are sent out USPS priority mail, unless you contact us for faster shipping. Custom orders will be shipped within a week of final approval of the design.
International Shipping: Items shipped to Canada take an additional 1-2 weeks to make it through customs. Please allow this additional time for your jewelry to arrive.
Returns: Custom items are not returnable. Stock items can be returned within 14 days, provided that they show no signs of wear. Please contact us first to arrange the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping is not refundable.
